How do I delete my account?
Email us at kevin@ourderive.com and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
How do proximity alerts work?
When you save a spot, you can enable a proximity alert for it. dérive will send you a notification when you're within a short distance of that spot — even if the app is closed. Alerts require location access to be enabled.
Can I share spots with friends?
Sharing between users is on our roadmap. For now, spots are private to your account.
How do I cancel my dérive Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel.
The app isn't recognizing a place — what should I do?
dérive searches Google Places. If a spot isn't showing up, try searching by its exact name or address. If the place is missing from Google Maps entirely, it may not be indexed yet.
