How to Request Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook account to dérive, you can request that we delete all associated data by emailing us at kevin@ourderive.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include the email address or username associated with your account.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove: • Your account and profile information • All saved spots and personal notes • Your taste profile and preferences • Any other data associated with your account Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Timeline

We will process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Residual Data

Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytical purposes. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being fully purged.
